Island Lift Demo FAQ

This guide answers common questions about the original Island Lift demo, its virtual coin mechanics and browser access.

Read the full Island Lift rules or try the demo.

How do I start and play?

Open the demo in any browser without an account. Choose a stake from 1 to 100 coins and launch. The system deducts the stake once and attempts the first checkpoint at 1.25x. Each step takes 450ms with no timing advantage. You can collect at 1.25x or 2x, or continue to the final auto-collect at 4x.

What are the rules and payouts?

The first checkpoint has 76% survival. Given that you reach it, the next step has 62.5% survival; the final step has 50% survival conditional on reaching 2x. Gross returns include your stake. With no previous carry, a 10-coin stake collected at 1.25x credits 12 whole coins and saves 0.50 carry. Reloading abandons an unfinished round without refund.

How does the wallet work?

The wallet starts with 1000 virtual coins. Balance and carry are saved in your browser. Manual restoration sets the balance to 1000 only when idle and below one coin. The demo has no cashier or cash value. No unfinished round state is stored for recovery.

Frequently asked questions

Is this a real money game?

No. It uses virtual coins with no cash value or cashier. The demo is accessible without an account or payment form.

Can I recover a lost stake after reloading?

No. Reloading abandons the unfinished round and does not refund the already deducted stake. You start a new round with the saved balance.

Is my data tracked?

The demo saves wallet balance and carry in your browser. Google Fonts and a Statinside counter are declared resources. Their complete behavior and server processing have not been established; account-free access does not establish anonymity.
